Clayton Dewandre

More prevalent in the 60’s and 70’s Clayton Dewandre systems were fitted to the likes of Albion, Bedford, Commer, Dodge, Ford D series and Leyland Trucks. Clayton Dewandre produced both Vacuum over hydraulic and smaller Air brake systems and are becoming less common as time goes on. The vehicles they were fitted to are becoming less serviceable due to age. Once based in the UK, Clayton Dewardre Holdings has been more recently taken over by Wabco. ATAP still cater for this market with new components, repair kits and more commonly reconditioned units.
